Epoxy Garage Floor Coatings

The difference between an epoxy floor that lasts twenty years and one that peels in two is almost entirely in the prep. We diamond-grind the slab, test for moisture, repair cracks and spalls, and use 100%-solids epoxy — the industrial product, not the watered-down kit from the hardware store.

01 What’s included

  • Diamond grinding to open the concrete surface
  • Moisture testing and vapor-barrier primer where needed
  • Crack and spall repair
  • 100%-solids epoxy base coat
  • Decorative flake broadcast (full or partial)
  • Chemical-resistant urethane topcoat

02 Why it matters

Hot tires are what kill cheap epoxy — the coating softens and lifts right where the car sits. A ground, primed, 100%-solids system with a urethane topcoat shrugs off hot tires, oil, brake fluid, and road salt, and cleans up with a hose. It's the difference between a floor you redo and a floor you're done with.
