Metal Roof Painting

A faded or rusting metal roof doesn't need to be torn off. If the panels are sound, a proper coating system restores the finish, stops rust where it started, and reflects heat better than the original paint did. Replacement runs five to ten times the cost.

01 What’s included

  • Pressure washing and degreasing of all panels
  • Wire-wheel rust removal and rust-converting primer
  • Seam and fastener sealing
  • Two coats of direct-to-metal (DTM) acrylic or urethane
  • Color match or full color change, including reflective whites

02 Why it matters

Once rust perforates a panel, painting is off the table — you're buying a roof. Coating at the first sign of chalking or surface rust locks the panels in good condition and typically adds 15 or more years of service. A reflective topcoat also drops attic temperatures noticeably in summer.
